In many parts of Nigeria, expectant mothers face long distances to health facilities and limited reminders about critical antenatal checkups.
MedLink Connect works over basic SMS, requiring no smartphone or data connection. Mothers receive appointment reminders in their local language, and community health workers are alerted automatically if a mother reports a warning sign.
The platform is already active across several community health networks, supporting safer pregnancies with technology that works on any phone.
