Using the platform

The Circle Africa provides a registry of grassroots innovations, an independent validation process, and tools connecting innovators with funders. You must provide accurate information when registering and submitting an innovation. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended.

Ownership of submitted content

You retain ownership of any innovation, description, or evidence you submit. By submitting, you grant The Circle Africa a licence to display, promote, and reference your submission on the platform and in related communications, including success stories and reports.

No guarantee of funding

Validation confirms that an innovation has passed independent review, it is not a guarantee of funding. The Circle Africa is not a party to any funding agreement between an innovator and a funder, and does not manage, hold, or transfer funds between them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to submit false claims, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform data.

Limitation of liability

The Circle Africa is provided as is. We do our best to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on validated content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
